FULL TRAVEL COVERAGE CONDITIONS

Note: In exchange for full travel coverage to attend the 2022 CAMCA Forum, approved Fellows
agree to assist the Forum organizers in some capacity with the Forum’s execution. Staff will be in touch
to discuss further specifics as to what assistance will be needed.

If approved for travel reimbursement, the organizers will only reimburse for economy fare flights
booked at least 4 weeks in advance (by May 17th). Reimbursements will be completed after the
conclusion of the Forum.
