Preamble: All Mechanical work items mentioned here in after

for all project facilities and units shall include installing,
adjustment, testing commissioning, including digging,
encasement with concrete ,fixing and all required materials,
equipment and workmanship to execute the items of
construction in accordance with the specifications, drawings,
and supervising engineer’s instructions, complete in place and
ready for handing over. Measurements and payments shall be
described in the relevant documents. Prices must include
working drawings for all mechanical works that should be
submitted by the contractor and to be approved by the
supervisor engineer before starting works. Also price includes
as built drawings for all works

1.00 Main Gas Pipes

Install , test ,flush and commissioning of copper pipe with

needed insulation, laid under ground including
excavation ,backfilling ,warning tape, with all the necessary
fittings e.g. elbow, and all are approved quality. Pipes will be
from the main supply up to the gas meter cabinet. including
also the copper risers from gas meters to gas collector cabinet
with all needed connections ,supports and fittings.welding shall
be done by 5% alloy welding rods. All according to the
drawings, specifications, and approval of supervisor engineer.

2.00 Copper Pipes
Install and commissioning of copper pipes for gas distribution
network of 10mm and 12 mm from gas collector cabinet to
each gas outlet at the kitchen, gas boiler with all necessary
fittings and valves. The price includes digging, hangers,
supports, ties, encasment with sand cement mortar. All
mentioned are according to NFPA (58) recommendations, and
LPGTA codes.

3.00 Gas Collectors

Install and commissioning of electrical valve and 2 output

copper collectors and fittings, price include gas cabinet
installation with all civil works needed including but not
limited to digging, cement encasment around and under the
cabient, final white cement filling around pipes..All mentioned
are according to NFPA (58) recommendatios and LPGTA
codes.
 A. Gas collector 1/2" dia, with 2 outlets (40*60*12)
B. Gas collector 1/2" dia, with 2 outlets (60*60*12)
C. Gas collector 1/2" dia, with 3 outlets (60*60*12)
4.00 Gas Meter and cabinet

Install of main Gas meters cabinet with needed digging,

encasment with concrete fixing by Jambo bolts , price include
installating,flushing ,testing, commissioning of approved smart
gas meters , valves, Gas regulator, Gas collectors, main
valve,for every two appartments at the same level one gas No
regulator will be installed ,duplix flat has a seperate gas
regulator . with all required fitting and accessories. all
mentioned are according to NFPA (58) recommendatios and
LPGTA codes.

5.00 Gas Boiler and Oven (Cooking) connection

Install and commissioning of valves and fittings with all

accessories to connect the gas boiler and cooker. Including all
needed civil work . all mentioned are according to NFPA (58)
recommendatios and LPGTA codes.
