As a MIEE, I have joined Accelerated Learning programme with Microsoft and shared a

lot of learning information with teachers about Microsoft technology tools like Microsoft
365, Minecraft in Education, Microsoft Teams,Microsoft Form,Microsoft Sway and
Flipgrid. I also become Top 50 Cikgu Juara Digital in Malaysia. I had assist and trained
other educator to conduct the hybrid classroom using Microsoft Teams. I spoke at a
workshop for other school leader & teachers about Microsoft tools (Microsoft Teams &
Onenote for management & e-RPH that they can use in their organization &
classrooms. It was simple for the teacher to use Microsoft 365 in lessons because they
could collaborate with students via a link. To collect data from students or teachers,
educators prefer to use Microsoft Excel. Powerpoint was used to assist teachers in
teaching the lesson in the classroom using 21st Century Learning Design. It was to assist
the school leader and teachers in my school as a Microsoft showcase school in using
technology with Microsoft technology tools. In my school organisation, I was
introducing Minecraft in Education as part of my professional development.I also
encourage and assist the educators to incorporate Minecraft into their daily lessons as a
form of gamification in the classroom. My colleagues will always be able to easily
connect with me via Microsoft Teams for meetings and learning growth.
Microsoft tools used:
Microsoft Teams- My school administration was using Microsoft Teams to communicate
with all of my school's educators. I can dedicate chat channels to specific topics, making
it far easier and more likely to stay on topic and solve problems quickly without
distraction. There is far less clutter when channels are separated by topic. This meant
that my colleagues could easily discuss any topic and save time. The Conversation tab
indicates that all class members can contribute to this channel from chats because
everyone in the channel can see them. We can also view the files shared in the
conversation by going to the Files tab. We upload all files and have easy access to them
at all times. Microsoft 365: It was simple for me to collaborate with educators to use
Microsoft 365 in lessons. The Office 365 applications that get used every day in my
school like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, SharePoint, and Forms and Sway. I had
used to collect data from students or teachers. We prefer to use Microsoft Excel.
Powerpoint was used to assist teachers in teaching the lesson in the classroom using
21st Century Learning Design with Live Powerpoint. These was help make new
connections within our school management by unifying digital content creation,
storage, and management with social tools for discovering and sharing information
between users.
Go-to person for:
Microsoft 365 : Aa go-to person at work that makes me always rely on to pump out
great work on time and at a moment’s notice. I was always eager to help my fellow
coworkers on guiding them by bringing creative ideas to the table. I could see that my
colleagues were confident, creative, hardworking and dependable in using Microsoft
365 in their respective lessons. As a go-to person is I made myself reliance and
availability for colleagues who face problems in using Microsoft 365.

Describe how you gave back:
Being a part in to MIE Expert community I had follow and participant all the
programmes organized by Microsoft or any other colleagues. Thru out from the
community I had easily connect with other colleagues to participate. I had participate
and completed in Minecraft Teacher Academy Virtual May Cohort 2022.I also elegantly
waited and participate in the Education Exchange (E2) by the Microsoft.The most
beneficial programme conducted by MIE Expert around the worlds. From this
community I also had an opportunity to complete the E2 Challenges in Microsoft Learn.
Microsoft Build Challenges also had been completed. I also sure will attend all the
monthly call for MIE Expert 2021-2022. The MIE Expert community members help me to
get the latest information about Microsoft Tools and information.
Three reasons to remain an MIE Expert:
Minecraft Education Edition- I will planning to do a Minecraft Edution Edition
Programme for my learners and educator in MIE Expert Community list. The learners &
educators can learn more about the other MEE in their classroom. Attend the Education
Exchange E2 for year 2023-2024- I will waiting for the Education Exchange programme.
