JOB TITLE: DCN REGIONAL HEAD

UNIT DCN JOB OBJECTIVE: To address issues that puts the regions
DEPARTMENT: TECHNICAL and/or a Metro Router(s) at risk of isolation from the network
REPORTS TO: CLUSTER HEAD while integrating new network NEs in the network and establish

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES EXPECTED PERFORMANCE STANDARD
 Management of IP/MPLS links including fault detection and correction of all network related  99.9% availability of Backbone and Metro Routers in

KEY CAPABILITIES REQUIRED (Knowledge, Skill & Attributes – KSA)

 Minimum of Bachelor’s degree (BEng, MSc, etc. is desirable).  Full understanding of the IP/MPLS in the network
 5 (five) years cognate experience.  Good oral and written communication
 Good understanding of exterior and interior routing protocols (ISIS, OSPF, BGP)  Sound interpersonal skills
 Sound knowledge of integration and configuration of Huawei routers and switches.  Attention to details
