Project Coordinator (ZTE-Project)

Working as Project coordinator (Zong O&M Project Multan) in Celeros Networks Pakistan Pvt. Ltd
My responsibilities are,

 Pivotal administrative role at the core of ZTE Telco and Non Telco operations. Centralized
contact point for all communications, problems and administrative inquiries posed by ZTE / Zong
professionals, Engineers, team Lead, and Gensets experts.
 Composed staff rosters for PM and CM Activity, Managed statistical information about all sites in
my domain, typed documents and directed inventory control. Coordinated the work schedules of
70 technical staff to assure smooth, effective processes and minimize potential for error.
 Reversed haphazard archiving system. Designed new streamlined archival and collating
procedures, and trained/ new staff to vastly improve effectively.
 Identified flaws in tracking reports. Established new report checking system that effectively traced
report activities including site issues, approval of items, track record of sub offices stocks etc
 To coordinate with OMCR Engineer in order to check the status of sites. To perform Routine
maintenance work in order to improve the network quality, efficiency & overall life of the
equipment.
 Preventive maintenance (PM) covers the maintenance of every equipment regarding GSM BTS’s
such as BTS Cabinets, Microwaves (ODU and IDU), Rectifiers, Earthling of every Electrical
Equipment, and Patching of DDF Panel for alarms generation etc within the GSM standards.
 As Project Coordinator also support to field teams for resolve All issues of Microwave Links Like
DG Telecom, Ericson, Alcatel and Huawei PDH and SDH equipment.
 As Project Coordinator also support to field teams for resolve New Huawei Equipment RTN 910
and 950 MW Link
 Strong coordination with customer to resolve the all issues related with PM and CM.

 Working as Team Lead From Oct 2009 to Dec 2011 and performing following
responsipilities.
Troubleshooting and support to BSS & RAN. Defining Preventive
Maintenance (PM) procedures and schedules on the basis of faults
experience and network architecture.

 Looking after Daily outage reports for planning and for providing best
availability of Network by proper O & M and support for day-to-d
network faults to SP.
 Responsible for the managing the N/W within budget planned and Ensuring
& demonstrating a strong process for measuring & reconciling every line item
of Network Opex to reduce the same.
 Ensuring all Monsoon related activities to be completed in time and keep the
N/W availability better than competitors during monsoon.

 All Hardware related Alarm rectification of BTS ZXG 10, ZXG 8018, ZXG
8012, ZXSDR 8700, ZXSDR 8200, ZXSDR 8900 , during my
Responsibilities, works on Microwave links in DG Telecom equipment & also
monitoring the Power Issues on sites CMPAK (ZONG) ongoing project. Also
Works on Alcatle & Ericsson Microwave Links.
 Worked on All Type of ZTE BTS and Rectifier.

 Attends the trainings of PDH, SDH Super star L & L Aurgus Microwave Links
of DG Telecom Equipment. And Huawei RTN PDH and SDH links

Worked as BSS Engineer From Nov,2008 To Aug,2009 and performed following responsipilities
 Responsible for all customers dealing, which include different type of
reporting and weekly meetings.
 Having good knowledge about site configuration in BSC.
 Clearing the Transmission issues during new sites on –airing.
 Clearing the Three Phase AC supply issues, BTS power issues (DC) during
on-airing.
 Clearing the Media for new sites from BSC,HUB sites,WATEEN ADMS and
from PTCL.
 Responsible for troubleshooting of BTS,CELL , HUB sites regarding to BTS
equipments and MICROWAVE equipments.
 Responsible for checking the BIT ERROR rate of E1 from BSC to BTS.
 Handling all types of MAJOR ALARMS arising at the sites.
 Responsible for clearing the VSWR alarms at the BTS sites via SITE
MASTER.

 Worked as MW Transmission Engineer From Nov,2007 To OCT,2009 and performed following
responsipilities

Delivering number of sites as per individual targets and Site Lead Times.
Following all site design and construction guidelines and procedures.
Successful completion of Technical site surveys. Ensuring the roll out team
and subcontractors has the required materials when needed.
Setting site design standards and ensuring the sites are constructed to the
required standards. Ensuring the subcontractor deliver as per agreed
targets and accepting work. Working with other team members to ensure
timely delivery of sites.
During this job I have worked as followings
 Worked as a Team Leader and maintained and established new long-term
reports with customers.
 Interacted with the customers for discussing work status, progress and
submission of documents, visiting sites for quality inspection. Provided
technical support to teams working in the field during SWAP activities and
carry out SWAP successfullyTroubleshoot of NEC equipment(XPIC,NEC

 Supervised the hardware installation, commissioning, testing and
troubleshooting of HAUWEI BTS 3012 and BTS 3012AE. Return losses by
using Bird Site MASTER SA-2500E / 6000EX, 780-2500MHz / 6000MHz
and Power SensorTechnical Documentation of the whole project.
 Supervised the Hardware installation of BSC-6000 HAUWEI Series.
 Supervised the Hardware installation, configuration and commissioning
Microwave Ufone Project.
