I. Title: School INSET in 2C2IR Pedagogical Approaches


II. Rationale:

As stated in R.A. 10533 or known as the “Enhanced Basic Education Act of 2013” Section 5 (e): The
curriculum shall use Pedagogical approaches that are Constructivist, Inquiry-Based, Reflective, Collaborative
and Integrative. A Regional Memorandum No. 11, s. 2015 dated July 9, 2015 was then issued by Dr. Antonio
M. Antonio for the implementation of the Act. Thus, all schools in the region are obliged to implement the act.

III. Objectives:
This webinar aims to:

a. assist teachers in facilitating learner-centered instruction


b. foster productive teacher-learner relationship in order to contribute to a positive learning environment,
c. strengthen teaching and learning process that would redound to better performance of all learners in any assessment given by
the Department of Education
d. enlighten especially new teachers of the different approaches.
