school alumnuses in Lakeside Country in 2010 and 2020.
Overall, it can be clearly seen that after graduation students prefer to go to
college as it is considered the most accessible choice during the whole period, while not knowing of future career or academic plans and working are significantly lower than other selections. In addition, there are some extensive changes during the ten-year period
In 2010, approximately half of all graduates choose to enrol on educational
institutions and their percentage had been reaching about 55% of the total. The second popular option, opposing the first one, is looking for a job that contained 24%, which is even slightly less than a quarter . Moreover, an inconsiderable amount of pupils started working in terms of freelance and informal sectors that made it an option quite unpopular at the start of the period and contained about 11%. However, the most unattractive choices were having no idea about plans for the future and starting a business
It is interesting to note that by 2020 many students decisions had changed ,
therefore two pie charts have a lot of differences. Compared to the 2010 statistic, going to college dramatically decreased in percentages and became about 38% of the total. At the same time other categories had significantly increased, such as starting a business that had risen to 24% and lack of ideas and plans for the future had 15% of the total. Nevertheless, working in the freelance and the informal sector became a bit more popular and contained less than a fifth – 13%. In 2020 the lowest per cent became the working section.
