Approximately 54% of Gen Z individuals expressed a desire to start their own company, citing reasons
such as seeking control, debt-free living, a purposeful life, and environmental consciousness as driving
factors for their entrepreneurial ambitions
A significant portion of Gen Z and young Millennials are reconsidering the necessity of traditional
college education due to concerns about debt and the evolving job market. About one in five Gen Z
and young Millennials are contemplating not attending college, with many exploring alternative
educational paths
Over 30% of Gen Z individuals have considered taking a gap year between high school and college,
while nearly 79% have contemplated pursuing an education path different from a traditional four-
year degree directly after high school. This trend indicates a growing openness towards diverse
educational experiences among Gen Z
