AFFIDAVIT OF CONFIRMATION
  
            I, VIOLETA D. YBAŇEZ, a Filipino citizen, of legal age, widow and a
resident of Zamora, Bilar, Bohol, Philippines after having been duly sworn in
accordance with law, hereby depose and say:

1. That I am confirming the buyer in the Deed of Absolute Sale of a

parcel of land with Lot No. 4945-C-3 containing an area of 70
square meters more less, bearing Doc. No. 29, Page No. 06, Book
No. VIII, series of 2023 executed on January 10, 2023 before
Notary Public Loreto B. Doria is BILAR ZAMRO Irrigators’
Association.

2. That I hereby confirm that the buyer was inadvertently stated as

ZAMRO Irrigators’ Association instead of the correct one which is
BILAR ZAMRO Irrigators’ Association.

3. That as such I respectfully respect that the correct entry that

should be reflected in the records shall be BILAR ZAMRO
Irrigators’ Association.

4. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the

foregoing facts and allegations;

5. Further Affiant sayeth none
