Spain need to change her colonial policy in

the Philippines. So spain need to adjust not " Yes, we agree of Rizal"

should be compatible in the needs of the of
the people" of course kung ano yung
kailngan ng Philippines ay dapat ina align
fin ng spain. Hindi dapat mga oinapatupad
nilang policy ay pang spain lang.

Conclusion:

rule. Nevertheless he stressed that
reform have to be initiated by the
government for them to be peaceful
and effective

freedom of the press in the country:
representation of the Filipinos in the
Spanish Cortes: granting of Spanish
citizenship to the people; filling of
government positions through
competitive examinations: and
reforms in commerce, agriculture
and education; and greater security
for the individual and other reforms.
