As we discussed, now we are planning for the virtual campus on 31st July, Find below the plan for
the Virtual placement drive decided on 31st July.

9.30am
Students have to join the meeting in MS Teams. If they
Introduction and 10.00am till are joining the meeting from laptop then they can join
Presentation 12.00pm from web browser and if from mobile then install the
July 31, 2023 app and join the session

Lunch Break
July 31, 2023
Online test 12.30pm Link will be shared to you, students will have to register
registration onwards on the link with their own username and password
July 31, 2023
Online test start 1.00pm till
Students will give the test and complete it
July 31, 2023 time 2.30pm
Result declaration Students shortlisted in Online test list to be shared with
July 31, 2023 to college college
Shortlisted 3.00PM Shortlisted students in the test will be eligible for PI,
July 31, 2023 students will give PI onwards. interviews will be planned through Ms Teams

*The timings are on tentative basis and are subject to changes.

Note: Students shortlisted in the Interview process will be appearing on next day at Ahmedabad
office for further process. Students are required to bring in the required documents to complete
the process.
