As a teacher, I have actively engaged in various collegial discussions, such as LAC sessions,

FGDs (Focused Group Discussions), and meetings, aimed at improving our teaching practices through
the use of teacher and learner feedback. These collaborative platforms have provided me with valuable
opportunities to reflect on my teaching methods and gain insights from my peers.

During these discussions, I actively contribute my ideas and experiences, sharing the
successes and challenges I have encountered in the classroom. By doing so, I have learned to
appreciate the diverse perspectives of my fellow teachers and have gained a deeper understanding of
the intricacies of effective teaching. Through these interactions, I have come to realize that teaching is
not a solitary endeavor but rather a collective effort that requires continuous learning and adaptation.

Participating in collegial discussions has greatly enriched my teaching practice. I have been
able to integrate feedback from both my fellow teachers and students, allowing me to make necessary
adjustments to my instructional strategies and approaches. By incorporating different perspectives and
suggestions, I have been able to create a more inclusive and engaging learning environment for my
students.
