Maintenance - Monthly
1. Clean & Inspect the Cabinet
2. Inspect the XY Stage Conveyor Belts and replace if needed
3. Inspect Left and Right PIP Sensor Flags and replace if needed
4. Clean & Inspect Stage Lead Screws
5. Inspect XY Stage Assembly hardware
6. Inspect Linear Encoders Scales and clean if needed
7. Clean all Filters and Fans (Verify Fans are working)
8. Check System Air Pressure
9. Check the Operation of the System Light Tower
10. Check the Stage View Camera
11. Check the System-Status-and-Control-Assembly Power Supply Voltages
+24 & +45 VDC
12. Check X-ray Source Parameters in the log file
13. Run Motion Repeatability Confirmation
14. Run System Image Quality Confirmation
Maintenance - Semiannual
1. Monthly list plus:
2. Perform the rail parallel check procedure
3. Inspect, Clean and Lubricate the XY Stage Lead Screws, Rails, Rail Cars,
and Rail Width hardware
4. Lubricate the Conveyor Pulleys
5. Lubricate the moveable part of the inner barrier
6. Perform EMO Test
7. Perform X-ray Safety Survey - (Completed by an Agilent-Certified Service
Technician/Engineer Every 6 Months and As Needed)
8. Run all C, D, & A’s (Automatic and Manual)
