ABOUT ME
An industrial engineer. i have 2 years experiencee in the manufacturing industry in spare parts warehouse
management, i have the ability to process and analyse data, 5S, warehouse standardisation, create criticality metrics
of a spare parts item. during working in the manufacturing industry and in previous industries I have built skills in
communication, teamwork and making good reports. in addition, i got almost 8 months of experience handling
budget control projects for both procurement and repair services for each individual department and handling
preventive maintenance of utilities and equipment with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).

Spare Parts Warehoouse Management May 2021 – Present
• Record the movement of incoming or outgoing items, then makesure the actual amount of remaining stock is
in accordance with the system. At PT Bayer we use INFOR EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) system and
Excel for database.
• Perform inventory check or physical checks to maintain the suitability of the quantity of items, and make root
cause analysis for the number of items that do not match.
• Controlling and monitoring the activity or notification of OTIF (On-Time and In Full Delivery) spare parts items
or their availability when a customer makes a request and then provide information to the procurement team
and then creat monthly calculation report.
• Performing 5S activities (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu and Shitsuke) (Compact, Neat, Clean, Care, Diligent)
• Receiving goods from vendors for positive adjustment of stock whose availability has touched the ROL
(Reorder Level) and issue goods to customers using the INFOR system.
• Create a report for the cost of using spare parts on equipment and utilities based on transaction data in the
INFOR system, then process the data using excel and create a monthly report dashboard using power BI.
• Create and control power BI dashboard reports for each warehouse activity and project, such as reports on
the results of inventory checks or physical checks of goods, follow-up of goods that have a mismatch between
actual and system both in quantity and specifications.
