Conflict Identification
Jaja, a law student, faces stress and difficulties in her studies and environment. Her worldview has
been altered by witnessing the inconsistencies in the country's laws, causing her distress and
concern over the government's commitment to human rights. She is deeply troubled by the
prevalence of unpunished crimes like rape and murder, which leads her to question the state of
justice in society.
Despite the challenges, Jaja's experiences as a law student have motivated her to advocate for
positive transformation in the legal system. She aims to prioritize human rights and work towards
creating more consistent and robust laws that protect the welfare of all individuals. Her
commitment to making a meaningful impact and bringing about much-needed reforms drives her

Plan of Action
Despite her worries and concerns about human rights and justice in society, Jaja has taken a
positive step forward by volunteering. One significant factor that makes it easier for her to
volunteer is the presence of a compassionate and caring community around her. Being part of a
community that values altruism and kindness has inspired Jaja, as it reinforces her belief in the
