Subject: Irresponsibility of Salesman.

SIR,

My name is Albert Einstein. I am complaining to you through this letter about the irresponsible behavior
of your salesman due to which I I got badly embarrassed in front of public. I bought a smart watch worth
32,000 from Lucky one mall on July 22. The irresponsible and insane worker did not scanned barcode
due to his absent mind. Then he hurriedly packed my smart watch along with the barcode on it. I had
finished my shopping. The last thing I purchased was that smart watch. Then I was leaving the mall
calmly and contently. Just when I was at the exit gate, the alarm began to ring over my head. The
security guard stopped me there and then and I was shocked! They suddenly started to check my
shopping bag, even when I had pay for all items. During the checking, the smart watch came out which I
had bought from there but it was along with the barcode. I was shocked to see this and felt really bad
and embarrassed. Everyone was watching this scenario.

Sir, you kindly focus on training your workers strictly, so that no one would ever face such an
embarrassing situation that I had faced. Sir, I am a calm person. But what if it happened to a short-
tempered person. He would surely take strict action immediately and it would destroy your mall’s
reputation .So it is better to train your workers otherwise I have so many choices from where I can
shop .If you don’t take immediate action upon my complain, I will start a social-media campaign against
your mall’s services.

I hope you will take immediate action upon my complain soon, otherwise you know the power of social
media these days.
