WASHER EXTRACTOR (30 KG)

It shall be high spin, suspended, soft mount, heavy duty, Computer controlled and Electrically
heated. It’s specifications shall be as under:-

1 Outer Drum:Stainless Steel of AISI 304 Quality of 4mm Thickness (minimum).

2 Inner Drum:Made of Stainless Steel sheet of AISI 304 Quality; CNC Perforated;
Including design features for maximum agitation to the linen; Minimum
thickness of basket sheet – 2 mm; Minimum Back Plate Thickness – 8
mm; Minimum Front Plate thickness – 4 mm. All sheets & plates are
GTAW (Gas Tungsten Argon Weld) or TIG welded only;
3 Main Body: Main Body is to be made of suitable size MS Channels; All welded
structure; All MS parts & water contact parts are to be spray
galvanized & powder coated for better corrosion resistance;
4 Door: Made of Die Pressed Stainless Steel sheet of AISI 304 Quality;
Minimum Door Thickness – 2 mm; Complete with toughened glass
window at the center & Stainless Steel Door Latch/ Handle;
5 Suspension: Top & Bottom Combination Suspension; minimum 06 Nos. Coil Springs
are to be provided at the top for extra stability & 4 Nos. of Heavy Duty
Shock Absorbers are to be provided at the bottom for stability during
high spin extraction.
6 Pulley: Aluminium Die casted cone pulley connected to the main shaft with
taper lock bush;
7 Bearing CGCI (Close Grained Cast Iron) Bearing Housing duly bolted to the
Housing: outer drum; Two cylindrical roller bearings duly packed with grease &
lubricants;
8 Seal Triple Seal Arrangement to restrict the water to go inside the bearing
Arrangement: housing to save bearings & to give trouble free operation for long
durations.
9 Computer: Moisture resistant PLC with 24 Program storage capacity with 8
cycles in each program; Large Display; Program to be easy to
understand;
10 Water Level High Precision sensor directly mounted on the PLC;

11 Soap 5 Compartment Soap Dispenser with Stainless Steel Jugs & High
Dispenser: Pressure Jets for Liquid & Solid Detergents;

17 Steam Inlet: 1" BSP; Pneumatic Valve Operated; To be provided with Specially
Designed Brass Steam Injector for noise less operation;
18 Water Inlet: 1.5" BSP; Pneumatically Operated;
19 Sound Level: Less Than 75 DB; Sound proofing is to be done by pasting special
sound proofing material inside the side covers.
