I am writing this letter with the intent to provide you details about myself and the reason why I am applying for
a Canada tourist visa.

PERSONNEL DETAILS:

I, Mr. Turka Satish s/o Turka Thirupathi (D.O.B – 13th June 1997, Indian Passport No: N3100112, I am an
Indian citizen and currently living at H.no.3-68/3, Morapally, Jagtial-505455, Telangana, India.

PROFESSIONAL DETAILS:

Working as Software Developer at Infosoft Solutions since October 2020. I am a regular employee
generating an annual income of around INR 7,20,000 (Seven lakhs Twenty thousand rupees) of which my
monthly Salary is 60,000/- INR.

FINANCIAL CONDITION:

Explaining my financial condition I am employed as a Software Developer at Infosoft Solutions with the
annual income of 7,20,000 of which my monthly Salary is 60,000/- with approx worth of 14,142.88 Canadian
dollars equivalent. So, I have earning this financial year according to my 2023-2024 Income tax computation
summary.

And I current have a Rental income from Tenants in Karimnagar city I hold a 2 floors Building and I am
Currently Getting annual income of 6,50,000 rent From Tenants of which my monthly rental income is around
55,000 INR per month with approx worth of 12,766.42 Canadian dollars equivalent. Which is also shown in
my 2023-2024 Income tax computation summary.

NET WORTH:

A personnel bank statement for the past six months showing an ending balance of INR 14,28,783.47 equivalent
to CAD $ 22,975.92 and Net Worth of ( Property, Annual Income and Other Source of Income) INR
1,91,58,400.00 equivalent to CAD $ 3,08,141.79. Apart from this I have work responsibilities and general
duties towards my family and profession here in my home country.

The availability of funds for this proposed visit to Canada is not a matter of concern to me. That further
assure that I am financially affluent in my native country and fully capable of meeting all the expenses
related to the proposed visit to Canada for above mentioned time period.

IMMIGRATION HISTORY:

Also, my travel history is clean and transparent, I never had any issues with my travel and never overstayed any
country I visited. I have travelled to Qatar on 13th Feb 2018 and return back to my country India on 25th March
2018 on a tourist visa. And I have also travelled to United Arab Emirates on 12th September 2018 and returned
back to India on 19th August 2020 for work purpose. I followed the countries’ rules and regulations perfectly.
PURPOSE OF VISIT:

My intention to visit Canada is for tourism and is to experience the pleasure of seeing each of the landmarks in
detail and the famous tourist attractions like Niagara Falls, Jasper National Park, Banff National Park,
Vancouver, Montreal, Quebec City, Gros Morne National Park, Toronto, Churchill, Whitehorse,
Okanagan Valley, Ottawa, Athabasca Glacier, Winnipeg,Glacier National Park, Peggy's Cove, and many
more, I have seen the beauty of The Canada on Television. I want to see this in person. This trip will give me a
break from my daily routine of activities in India and help me to relax and enjoy myself.

And to enjoy the delicious famous Canadian foods like Poutine, Tourtiere, Butter Tarts, Nanaimo Bars,
Ketchup and all Dressed Potato Chips, Maple Syrup, Beaver Tails, Montreal Smoked Meat, and many
more. And as well as seek out the famous beverages of Canada like Canadian still, Sparkling wines, Coureur
des bois, Maple Cream Liqueur, Caribou, Screech, Ice Wine, Sussex Golden Ginger Ale, Canadian Beer,
Canadian Whisky.

The Canada is a land of long-standing culture and great discipline, and it would be a pleasure to visit a holiday
in such an exalted country. I am looking ahead to understand and experience the rich culture of Ontario and the
rest of the Canada. I was informed that The Canada is the best country to visit as one enjoys a wholesome
holiday and would prefer to move around the city on foot or by the public transport facility including the Tube,
the rail-road, or the bus network.

I Intend to arrive in Canada on 22th September 2023 and return to India on 05th October 2023. Please find
