3. Warranty.
 The period of warranty is one year.

 The date will start and finish the warranty time must be wrote down on Warranty letter.
 The contact person and telephone number is requested in Warranty Letter.
4. Others.
 Contractor designs the detail structure and bear full responsibility for the technique quality of this design. Any
damages, which cause by the design, contractor has to compensate for them.
 Contractor's drawings of the project are user for at site checking only. This is not a matter upon technique
contract.
 The job shall be performed on Sunday or holiday for stopping utilities that do not make any effect to production
 Keep working area clean and tidy. Protection work must be applied during working time to prevent any
affected to products.
 The contractor has to inform to list of manpower, working time and confirm to TVB when start the job at site
every periods.
 If any trouble happens in working times, the contractor has to inform Facility Control Section.
 Equipment & Material must be kept at a place that is outside of factory, which is decided by TVB.
 Scrap material must be moved out of TVB completely.
 Any activity, which may affect to environment, must be prohibited. If any damage occurs, contractor must
bear the compensation.
 Any item that is not described in this specification or changing specification is decided through agreement of
both parties.
