The first input for Circulating Water Pump House For RKEF Smelting And Demineralized Water Station (017) is provided.

Circulating water pump room and softened water station for smelting (017) includes:
Content and requirements

The hot circulating water pond for the furnace body, (equipment+furnace body) cool circulating water pond, hot slag granulation
circulating water pond, cooling tower for furnace body circulating water, cooling tower for equipment circulating water, cooling
tower for slag granulation circulating water, hot circulating water pump set, cool circulating water pump set, automatic water softener,
shallow sand filter, stainless steel domestic water tank, constant pressure variable frequency water supply device, ultraviolet
disinfection device, etc;

The circulating water pump set and complete equipment set for this area include:

3 sets of hot water pumps (electric pump, 2 for use and 1 for standby) for furnace circulating water, 3 sets of cool water pumps (electric
pump, 2 for use and 1 for standby) for furnace circulating water, and 2 sets of side filter pumps (electric pump, 1 for use and 1 for
standby); 2 sets of cool water pumps (electric pump, 1 for use and 1 for standby) for equipment circulating water, 2 sets of cool
water pumps (electric pump, 1 for use and 1 for standby) for slag granulation circulating water, 2 sets of submersible sewage pumps
(1 for use and 1 for standby, both for use only on temporary basis), 1 set of shallow sand filter, 1 set of automatic water softener, 1
