2. The tenderer must ensure that the nominated Mechanical/Electrical Contractors are registered
with UPKJ under the correct Head and Class as stated in Clause A.1 of this specification, and that
at the time of tendering, no disciplinary action has been imposed on them by the Chief Electrical
Inspector. Failure to comply with the above will cause the whole tender to be rejected.
3. The tenderer shall note that once accepted, the Mechanical/Electrical Contractors shall not be
changed unless with the prior written approval of the Superintending Officer.
