So far, there has been no handover!!!

Let we inform you that, the crew hides from us all the problems of this vessel.
The vessel operated in violation of all conventions.
The bilge water is transfer overboard directly.
The Critical Equipment in faulty condition.
The OWS, IGG, are not operable, the crew refuses to test the equipment.
The Incinerator crew refuses to test.
The Aux. Boiler leaking from the furnace side, Main Steam valves leaking, all pumps of the boiler
system leaking.
The condition of the overboard valves is unsatisfactory.
The vessel does not meet fire safety requirements.
The Fire Alarm is malfunctioning.
There is almost no tool for work.
Since we are on board we never found use of RADAR for navigation (both RADAR are always in
standby mode).
The vessel not fitted with BWTS system for ballast.
The Equipment / machinery are not operated and checked by us personally as we are only permitted
for visual observations.

The Chief Engineer does not provide necessary documents.

The 2nd Engineer behaves aggressively, does not make contact, and refuses to handover.
The crew is forbidden to talk about problems related to equipment.

In same way
Master does not provided any documents to check even after requesting several times.
Same with Chief officer and 2nd officer and 3rd officer.
No proper handover is given even after requesting daily or time to time they reply will hand over
after Masters Order only.
So we request to have a selling owners instruction for onboard crew to provide for a basic handover
for safe operation after takeover.

Please assist in the following

1. Assist or influence the crew, for normal HANDOVER
2. Arrange time for a full HANDOVER, for new crew members!
3. Provide everything necessary according to the applications.
4. HANDOVER must be at least 4 hours

From our side we will do everything possible for safe and reliable operation of the ship.
