Subject: Estes Services Celebrates Our 70-year Anniversary

I am writing this message to inform you that Estes Services is celebrating 70 years of business as
of Saturday, January 26, 2019. Since 1949, the company has grown from a small family business
to a large family owned and operated company with over 170 employees.

We believe that Estes could not have made it 70 years without the vision and determination as
well as the foundation established by N.B. Estes years ago of honesty, integrity and hard work.
He was a true innovator in the HVAC industry, and the type of work Estes Services does has
evolved over the years because of his desire to experiment in different markets. Mr. Estes died
over 20 years ago in September 1999, but his legacy is alive and well at the great company he
started 70 years ago.

In honor of Mr. Estes, we would like to express our greatest gratitude to you for upholding the
legacy of Estes Services your tireless work and dedication to the mission of this company. Mr.
Estes strongly believed that the employee is the backbone that keeps the company together. So
for that, we thank you.

May we celebrate this momentous milestone and enjoy many more successful years serving the
metro Atlanta area.
