 ABSTRACT

As l am very proud of Information Technology. It was a great opportunity for me to

do six weeks internship in Omegasoft Technologies. The internship was concentrated on
the Software Development . At the beginning of the internship l had several queries in my
mind regarding the different technologies used in Software and what skills are needed in
organization. During my internship several queries are cleared by doing some activities.
The objective of this internship is to gather information about the solutions the major-
minor problem that can be observed in day to day life.
OmegaSoft develop innovative and creative products and services that provide
total communication and information solutions. Among a plethora of services, web design
and development, tailor made applications, ERPs, CRMs, e-commerce solutions,
business-to-business applications, business-to-client applications, managed hosting and
internet portal management are few that we offer. Satisfied clients around the globe bear

This six weeks training was completely the success and this would not have been without

The internship opportunity I had with Omegasoft Technologies Pvt.Ltd was a great
chance for learning and skill development. Therefore, I consider myself as a very lucky
individual as I was provided with an opportunity to be a part of it. I am also grateful for
having a chance to meet so many wonderful people and professionals who led me though
this internship period.

necessary, use strong passwords, and avoid sharing information with unauthorized
individuals. 2. Access Control: Follow proper access control procedures, including
using unique login credentials, regularly updating passwords, and implementing two-
factor authentication. Grant access to systems and data on a need-to-know basis. 3.
Regular System Updates: Regularly update software, operating systems, and
applications to ensure security patches are applied. This helps protect against known
vulnerabilities and keeps systems up to date. 4. Phishing Awareness: Be vigilant about
phishing emails and other social engineering techniques used to gain unauthorized
access. Verify the legitimacy of requests for personal or sensitive information before
responding. 5. Device Security: Secure company-issued devices with strong
passwords or biometric locks and keep them physically secured when not in use.

 9. My Industrial Training Experience:
I joined Omegasoft Technologies Pvt.Ltd on 7th June 2023 for industrial training. first
few days I worked on learning the Java & knowledge of tools used in Java project work
and advanced Java techniques and installing the software & tools from building the
project. OOP concepts were covered including the Java features. Java variables &
operators were taught also the concept of Constructor & Method overloading &
overriding were covered briefly. Exception Handling was cover in-depth. File-Handling
in Java was taught and all this knowledge was applied on developing minor Java
programs.
Introduction to Collection Framework in Java, learning about Arrays & Array Lists,
LinkedList, Queues, Vectors, etc. Learnt about Swing UI in Java, learnt Swing
components. Designed various types form using these components, added Event Listeners
to the JButtons, validating the user inputted email, calling a JFrame after a certain event
occurs. Last day, Introduction to JDBC. Installing MySQL and setting it up with root
users and passwords.

10. Conclusion:
During 6 weeks training period, a lot of experience, knowledge and exposure that I have
handy. All disclosures were awaken myself in a boost of self-confidence to face life more
challenging now. It can directly increase the dedication and rational attitude toward
myself. Therefore I conclude that the industrial training program has provided many
benefits to me I increased communication skills and interpersonal skills. I can conclude
that this industry is through training I received a lot of exposure in the computing world.

themselves with the real working environment at the Industrial training site.
