appointment in our office for a Free Consultation for your knee pain. Do you have time for a few

What is the pain holding you back from doing right now?

(After going through survey questions end with this question:)

"How soon are you wanting to fix this?" ​(if they say any version of "right now", then schedule
them and take payment)

Great, so based on what you answered, we definitely think that you are a great fit.

Now we need to get you in the office BEFORE the voucher for a free consultation expires in 5
days as these vouchers are ONLY available to people like you that REALLY NEED IT and are
READY to commit NOW to fixing their pain, sounds fair?

We have an opening on this date/time and this date/time, which one works best for you? (get
them scheduled)

Great, so we have you scheduled for date/time. The last step is to put down a fully refundable
$25 security deposit for the voucher to secure your spot. Once you come in for your
appointment, we will fully refund you the $25 so it is 100% free as long as you make it to your
