Summarizations of my report

Initiating the field observations

In order for law enforcement officers to observe and respond to situations, they must be drawn
to a person who interests them. As law enforcement officers, we need to observe situations
and surroundings, not only in one instance but also in others, so that we don't miss anything.
We also need to use our imagination to understand how crimes are committed. During
interviews, male and female law enforcement officers use different techniques and also it
depends on thier gender, For example, as female law enforcement officers, it is easy for us to
interpret different things. We are often more knowledgeable than men when it comes to the
things we use on a daily basis. To avoid missing important details at a crime scene, law
enforcement officers should take notes, sketch, and photograph. Failure to pay attention to a
person or crime scene may result in inaccurate information or reports. Gathering relevant
details and making accurate reports require active focus on the incident or situation

Completing the field observations

Complete field observations consist of sensing and awareness. As law enforcement officers, we
need to use our senses to observe what's happening in our surroundings. When we are actively
observing, we can do our job appropriately, effectively, and accurately. This allows us to see the
big picture of a person, event, or scene, so we shouldn't stop from observing or studying
anything in detail. In order to ensure the completeness of field observations he or she must try
to answer the 5Ws and 1H.

Interpreting the field observations

In interpreting the field observations, law enforcement officers use their senses and past
experiences to gather relevant information. This factor helps law enforcement officers interpret
various situations. As officers, we must have patience, be understandable, and be good role
models to others. We must not be biased and must act with justice and fairness. Most
importantly, we should not bring our personal lives into work.
