 Annoy viewers (advert breaks) => buyers may fall victim to
bombardment.
 Inappropriate content => adverse impacts on children
Solutions
Authorities: Impose / Introduce strict law, serious punishment => ensure
the true quality of products and honesty of company
Consumers: must become more conscious of advertising to choose what
is the most suitable for them

 Source of references-provide information
 Help people to save time to find the suitable products

 media / approach target audience - customers → improve

2.2 how children spend their free time ?

 TV is multifunctional → appeal to the children / appealing (adj)
 Fast and convenient -> Children can watch TV all the time 
 fast-paced lifestyle → instant source of relaxation / instant sense of
entertainment >< creative - innovative activities - require much
time and effort → not often chosen / selected 
BODY 2: solutions
 Parents should spend time with children, limit the TV time of
children
 Parents let children participate in some gifted courses
 Governments: construct more entertainment facilities (open-air
playgrounds) - facilitate competitions for children (encourage them
into the artistic, sporty and intellectual activities)

 
2.3: Parents often give children everything they ask for and do what
they like. Is it good for children? What are the consequences when
they grow up?
BODY 1 : The bad side of pampering children
 Spoil children   -> Children may bear in mind that they deserve to
receive anything they wish no matter how unreasonable the
requirement is-> Leads them to be self-centered and selfish
 children will lose the adaptability ->when everything they want is
so easily approved by their parents, they don't have to work hard to
achieve anything -> then when they meet a new environment, they
will not try to integrate, over-indulged children are likely to be
more vulnerable to unexpected changes in life.
