Objective

A thoroughly prepared 3-hour workshop that will help you:


·crystallize your projects values and impact goals,
·find the right words to make your impact clear to every
type of stakeholder,
·get ready for impact measurement and management.
The 7 Steps
1. identify the KEY PROBLEM the project solves, its causes and
consequences,
2. formulate your VISION so that all the stakeholders understand
the cause,
3. identify all the TARGET GROUPS the project impacts,
4. for each target group define the IMPACT the project is aimed at,
5. check if your ACTIVITIES lead to the desired impact,
6. learn about ways to MEASURE the project’s impact,
7. understand how to MOVE FORWARD.
Our Trainers

The training is delivered by Jioulnar Asfari and Andrei Andrusov,


founders of SOL Center, a Moscow-based NGO fostering social
entrepreneurship and impact investments since 2014. Jioulnar
graduated recently from High Performance Boards program at IMD
Business School and Andrei graduated from Impact Investing
program at Oxford Business School. They both had extensive
trainings by Ashoka and as a part of SOL Center impact investing
activity managed over 20 deals with the total value of over $10m.
