HOUSE RENTAL AGREEMENT

Hereinafter referred to as the Second Party
Both parties agree to enter into a house rental agreement under the following conditions:
1. The Second Party will rent a house from the First Party located at Jl. Solo Km.1
Yogyakarta. The house indeed belongs to the First Party, as evidenced by certificate
number 0380/HM/37080 3.
2. The Second Party will rent the house from the First Party for a period of 3 years, starting
from February 2, 2017, until February 4, 2020, and the Second Party may extend the
rental period under conditions agreed upon by the First Party.
3. The Second Party agrees to rent the house from the First Party at a cost of Rp.
17,000,000.00 (seventeen million rupiah) per year, payable every February 4 and no later
than February 15 each year. The Second Party is responsible for other expenses such as
electricity, security, and cleanliness.
4. The Second Party shall comply with all existing regulations, both in society and the
regulations established by the First Party.
5. The Second Party shall maintain and take care of the rented house as if it were their own.
If there is any damage caused by the negligence of the Second Party, the cost of repairs
shall be borne by the Second Party. However, if there is any damage that is not due to the
negligence of the Second Party, the repairs shall be the responsibility of the First Party.
6. If there are any matters not included in this house rental agreement or there are
differences in interpretation, both parties agree to resolve them in an amicable manner. If
a mutual agreement cannot be reached, it shall be brought to the legal channel.
This rental agreement letter is made in duplicate, each with the same legal force, and both parties
are in good health and without any coercion at the time of its creation.
