    REFLECTION ON LAC SESSION 1

    (SEPT. 5, 2022)

    The focus of this LAC Session is very important for the teachers most especially that
    we must have to learn and apply and also some of us are new so we must have to learn new
    things in order for his to be a good and valuable teacher to students.

    Evaluating teachers after the school activities like intramurals give us lesson like
    improving lapses during activities and encouraging ourselves to do our best for the next
    activities. This also help me as teacher to apply those feedback to improve our teaching
    method inside the classroom.

    In this session, we also assigned from our special task for the improvement of our
    department. This give challenge for me to extent more effort aside from our teaching load.
