Introduction
In NUHS, we aim to provide a consistent and equitable system to measure, improve and reward performance; and shape our
desired behaviours and culture. Reporting Officers (ROs) and employees are encouraged to have regular performance
conversations throughout the Total Performance Management (TPM) cycle so that employees are clear on their expected goals
and behaviours, know how they are doing, and could develop further.
Review Dates
TPM starts with clearly defined goals. Employee and RO should jointly set the Key Result Areas (KRAs) at the start of the review
period. KRAs should align with cluster goals cascaded to the department or individual. They are encouraged to communicate
expectations clearly and clarify when required.
In this section, employee indicates the identified KRAs for the review period (recommended guideline: minimum 3; maximum 8).

1. Crystal Conversion
- Convert existing Crystal reports to new Cogito SQL reports and push to production.
- Apply equivalent dynamic parameters in Cogito SQL reports to provide the same results to users as in existing crystal
reports.
- Add required/additional criteria, custom parameters for the report to help users access multiple login locations data in
organized and structured way.
- Review code, optimize and improve the SQL queries to run faster and efficiently where necessary.
- Liaise with EPIC TS to learn and apply the following additional techniques as necessary for the crystal conversions.
