Terminal Objectives

Develop individual capabilities, responsibilities, collaboration, and teaching-learning strategies in improving the numeracy and literacy skills of the learners.
Enabling Objectives
1. Explain the importance its standard norms and procedures in conducting LAC sessions as part of learning modalities in Learning and Development.
2. Familiarize to second courser teachers on how to formulate effective and reliable lesson plans with their objective, procedure, and assessment process.
3. Enhance teachers’ teaching strategies by applying ICT integration through Open Educational Resources and software.
4. Know the teacher’s responsibilities in dealing with learners applying Child Protection Policy and Teenage Pregnancy its care, guidelines, rules, and regulations.
5. Increase numeracy skills of learners through advanced mathematical and problem-solving strategic teaching intervention bearing the project MATHALI.
6. Increase the literacy skills of learners through Bantay Basa 712 scheme applied by teachers as a strategic teaching intervention.
7. Improve student’s NAT results by promoting the Amazing Race to 75% scheme by aligning competencies and learning outcomes with CO and FGD.
8. Develop values of teachers as manifestations of self-realization, self-actualization, and moral ethics among teachers in the field.
