Things to be considered in making a LAC Plan

3. Formation of LAC
-every teacher must be a part of LAC
-One LAC could be composed of 5-15 members
- Each LAC should have LAC leader, facilitator, members, documenter and resource persons

-facilities
-strategies in teaching

5. Scheduling of meetings
-LAC members can decide on the schedule, length and frequency of meetings
-LAC sessions should be conducted at least once a month

Other important matters to be considered in conducting a LAC
1. LAC depends on the needs of the teachers
2. LAC considers result of student performances
3. LAC is done according to urgency
4. School LAC – should be done after classes and once in a month.
5. LAC hours- a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 3hours. If not finish within 3 hours decrease the
topic.

It is imperative to conduct a LAC session for the school heads in the district of Amadeo to provide up
to date processes in providing technical assistance for teachers and plan the best activities to be
