This contract is executed between INGENTA Freelance Community.

Mr./Mrs. Eniola James who is a freelance typist/graphics designer from Nigeria agreed to work on following
terms and conditions
Terms And Condition

1. We don't make upfront payments

2.If any extra or duplicate file is found in the zip file, work will be rejected.

3.Incomplete files or incomplete project will not be accepted.

4.Type manually; use of any third party software is strongly prohibited.

5. Make separate document file for each project and name of every file must match with the name of
corresponding project title.

6. Font style, size, color, can be di erent in each project, but you are required to type every file same as
shown in the sample. If file is not typed as shown, this type of file will not be accepted.

7. Projects should be completed within the deadline given by the company; if you don't submit your project
within the stipulated time then you will be disqualified.

8. You have to make sure we are the only company you are working with at the time, till your job is
completed

9. You will get your accuracy report and payment within 24 hours after Submission of your work.

10. Payment can be made to any payment methods you have.payment will be made to you immediately
accuracy report is given to you

11. Kindly stop biding for any more jobs. We need maximum concentration on this project.

12. You will send us only soft copy of output files.

CANDIDATES WILL BE DISQUALIFIED AND WONT BE ABLE TO WORK ANYMORE IF HE/SHE DO NOT FULFILL
ANY OF THE ABOVE MENTIONED TERMS.
