NOTICE

We are thrilled to announce that after a long wait of eight years, the much-awaited revival of our beloved
university magazine, HBTU Herald, is finally here! It is with immense joy and excitement that we bring forth
this message, as we take pride in announcing the beginning of the Second phase of the magazine's
distribution.

The distribution of the HBTU Herald signifies more than just the arrival of a magazine. It is a testament to the
resilience of our college community and a celebration of the power of unity. It symbolizes the bond that ties us
together and reminds us that no matter the distance or time that separates us

Distribution Plan:

Distribution Date: 10th August 2023

Year Time Allotted Magazines

B.tech Final Year 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM 150

B.tech 1st Year 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM 150

Distribution Date: 11th August 2023

Year Time Allotted Magazines

B.tech 3rd Year 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM 200

Final MBA, MSc, M.tech, and MCA 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM 100

VENUE: CIVIL DEPARTMENT -1ST FLOOR

NOTE: This is the second distribution phase, and a limited number of magazines will be provided, so
be on time and grab yours, timings will be the same for both days.

Important Information:

1. Distribution will be on a first-come-first-serve basis (Priority will be given to those who contributed to the
magazine by their work).

2. Collect magazines in the allotted time only. No exception (except for the Final year) will be considered.

3. Bring University IDs or RCs along with you.

4. Dates for the Phase 3rd distribution will be announced shortly,
