Internet connection is very important nowadays
because it is part of our lives, it is our means of
communication. It connects people to his work, friends,
family and to the world.

Our lesson today is about connections. But not on


internet connection, it’s about words that we use to
connect ideas. We call them cohesive devices.

4. EXPLANATION

I prepared a video regarding our lesson. Listen Students will watch the video.

Based on the video, what is a cohesive device? Cohesive devices are used to link sentences and
ideas.

What are the uses of cohesive device? To organize ideas in orderly manner.

What is an informative speech? An informative speech aims to provide information


to an audience.
