AWARENESS CAMPAIGN: THE CONDUCT SCHOOL-BASED PSYCHOSOCIAL AND MENTAL WELLNESS
August 2022 – June 2023

Rationale: Raise awareness about the mental health continuum, reduce stigma associated with mental illness, promote help seeking behaviors and emotional well-being practices,
and prevent suicide through individual education and outreach events.

Objectives:
1. Increase understanding of the value of mental health.
2. Be equipped with effective and cost-efficient stress management solutions and skills to boost mental health and emotional resiliency as we age.
