Applying Feedback

Students should do a beneficial activity outside of their work or study to have a

successful life. Beneficial activities aim to help students improve their potential in life.

There are several beneficial activities that students are able to do in their spare time,

such as meditation, exercising, and learning new skills.

The first reason why students need to do a meditation activity in their spare time

is that meditation is able to help provide mental health and a clear mind. One form of

supplementary treatment that addresses the mind and body is meditation, and it is able

to provide calm and deep relaxation as a result of doing meditation activities

(Meditation: A Simple, Fast Way to Reduce Stress, 2022). Therefore, students are

recommended to do meditation due to meditation is able to provide a lot of benefits for

improving their academic performance.

The second reason why students need to do exercise activities in their spare time

is that exercising is able to provide a healthy life. Exercise on a regular basis has been

found to improve mood and energy levels (Rd, 2023). Therefore, exercising is able to

help students improve their mood and energy levels, reduce the risk of disease, have the

ability to do daily activities, and improve brain health.

The third reason why students need to learn new skills in their spare time is that

learning new skills is able to provide the ability to support their career or future careers.

"Education should be free for all" (Reshef, 2022, p.6). Developing new skills is crucial

for career advancement, and it is able to expand individuals' job options and aid in the

development of new approaches to keep up with the world's rapid change (Morgan,

2020). Therefore, learning new skills provides a lot of benefits for students careers in

the future, including the capability to compete with other individuals.

In order to develop students' potential to succeed in their lives and academics, it

is recommended that they complete their spare time with beneficial activities such as

meditation, exercise, and learning new skills. In sum, those three beneficial activities are

able to provide mental health, a healthy life, and great future career prospects to

students.
