Plant Turnaround/Shutdown Inspection :


 Assessing the Mechanical Integrity of the process equipment and verifying conformance to
API, customer specifications and International Industry Codes/Standards/Specifications at
Refineries and Petrochemical Plants or Fabrication Shops.
 Shop inspections of equipment during all stages of fabrication to ensure compliance to API
Standard Specifications, customer requirements, engineering specifications and applicable
industry Codes
 Review P&ID, PFD, ISO Drawings, Inspection history.
 Develop, review and approve detailed inspection plans
 Provide timely guidance and expertise onsite of various inspection technologies and
applications
 Perform and complete timely visual examination/internal inspection of process equipment,

Welding Inspection :

 Review and approval of welding procedure specifications (WPS) with relevant Procedure
Qualification Test (PQR) prior to start of welding activities at site. Witnessing Procedure
Qualification Test (PQR) including Tension and Guided-Bend Tests, Hardness Tests for the
Qualification of WPS in accordance with ASME Sec. IX and project Specification.

 Performing Welder Qualification Tests as per ASME sec-IXAttendance at defined Hold and Witness
points identified within the Inspection & Test Plans. 
 Report and raise Non Conformances as required. 
 Raising RFI’s for each item of work completed at site for witness
 Control of weld quality as per approved QC procedures and standards and maintain QC records
