Philippines, do hereby authorized of legal age,
Filipino, a resident of P-7 Castillo Village, Mangagoy, Bislig City, Philippines, to represent
in my behalf to negotiate, offer or to sell the lot at a maximum of 3,000 sq. m. and
deductible to my share on the actual partition of the property of the late grandparent
Placido Gemparo located at Brgy. Taga-nito, Claver, Surigao del Norte and to received
payment of the said sell, and this authority is valid until officially revoked by the
undersigned.
