WAIVER OF RIGHTS

I, JOSE T. BANTUG, of legal age, Filipino with residence address at

B-43, Lot 15, Tahanang Yaman Homes, Buenavista, Gen Trias,
Cavite ,after being sworn according to law depose and state that:

1. I am the borrower with the PAGIBIG subject of a contract to sell;

2. That I assigned the said mortgage to JEANNELYN J. MILITAR,

Filipino of legal age and with residence address at with residence
address at Blk 4 Lot 7 Molave St. Brgy Sto. Niño Pasay City, in the
amount of SIX HUNDRED TWENTY THOUSAND PESOS (P

3. I further commit to pay Mr

5. In the event that I fail to pay Mr. JOSE T. BANTUG the said
amount in full and onetime payment upon signing of this waiver I
am now waiving my right as an possessor of the property in her
favor she may continue my obligation with PAGIBIG, if any.
