The policy is that all credit courses be evaluated and that the collected responses get reported to the instructor, the
department head and the dean. If there are special circumstances that complicate the SRI process for some reason, your
department could decide to not use the report they receive for tenure and promotion purposes. If the course gets
evaluated, all instructors added to the system will receive a report and a departmental version of the report will
automatically be sent to your department head. This is an automated process and we do not remove reports from any of
the processes as we would be breaking policy. This is a conversation you need to have with your department head.
Thanks,
Bruno
Hi Dr. leBrasseur,
Our Technical Administrator Bruno would be more knowledgeable about this process. He
is currently on vacation, so he will look into your request when he returns to the office
next week.
Best regards,
Song (She/her)
SRI Assistant

Good morning.
I would like to request that the LARC 4001 - Fall 2021 course does not have
an SRI that goes on my record or within my TRP Dossier. I do not know how
to do this - perhaps just a signed letter from Gefu Margaret?
The course is being co-taught but due to the complex nature of a 6 credit
studio with labs, all students are in one section as we removed the other
section within the academic calendar. Thus there was only one section listed
with one instructor, me, for students to sign up for as there was a late
transition in faculty and their assignment to this course.
