During the manufacturing process high purity water is blended with concentrated coolant at a 50/50 ratio to
produce a ready to use “Pre-Mix” coolant, this concentration provides corrosion and freeze protection down to
o
a level of -37 C. For Winterisation applications a 60/40 ratio (60% Coolant 40% water) should be used which

provide additional freeze protection down to -60 C:
