    Remove Coolent tank completely; take out metal chips not


    1 caught by the conveyor; check for bacterial growth; inspect
    and clean the system

    Drain and clean the hydraulic tank and replace the


    2 hydraulic oil

    3 Check headstock & tailstock for tapering

    4 Check spindles and cylinders for alignment and run out

    5 Check the turret parallelism and inclination

    Run backlash programs on X and Z axes and adjust as


    6 needed

    7 Have the whole machine checked for leakage of oil or air
