Chickpea Curry
• 1 cups Chickpea, soaked
• ½ large onion, chopped
• ½ cup tomatoes, chopped
• 1 garlic cloves, crushed
• 1 tsp ginger paste
• ½ tsp garam masala
• ½ tsp cumin powder
Ingredients • ½ tsp coriander powder
• ½ tsp turmeric powder
• ½ tsp chilli powder
• 1 tbsp coriander, chopped
• 1 tbsp oil
• salt as per taste
• Heat the oil in a pan. Add ginger paste, onion and crushed garlic and saute until the
onions turn golden in colour.
