She is one of the vocal opposition of Extra judicial killing of the former President Duterte. She is
also one of the proponents of the SOGIE Equality Bill which I agree with. She also authored the
Act strengthening the Anti-Hospital Deposit Law which increases the penalties for hospitals that
demand deposits or advance payments before administering basic emergency services. She’s
also a very admirable female figure that represents women in the government.
