Job Description

NH Meditech is a new but very energetic medical device company based in Seoul, Korea.
We are expending our presence in Bandung, Indonesia. PT NHM Meditech Indonesia is the
legal entity of NH Meditech. Our main product portfolio is the artificial joint, artificial bone
graft and ambulatory ECG devices.

 Position: Technical Assistance

 Type of Hire: Full time contract

[Responsibilities]

 Serve as professional technical assistance for our artificial joints, artificial bone graft
in orthopedic surgical operation
 Increase the surgical techniques and knowledges in case the implant design or
instrument device change and improve the skill to be able to recommend the right
size of implant and right instrument during surgical operations for orthopedic
surgent.
 Develop relationships with orthopedic surgent in order to promote our product
portfolio
 Be responsive in manage the implant and instrument inventory control
 Work closely with operation manager to develop and execute effective business
plan focused on driving growth and profitability. Deliver results through cross
functional collaboration with operation manager and key stake holders
 Be responsive in facilitating technical workshop in order to achieve and maintain
the surgical operation skill for other technical assistance

[Requirements]

 Bachelor’s degrees and above

 5+ years experience in technical assistance of orthopedic surgical operations
preferred
 Outstanding and clear communication skills; ability to provide technical
knowledge for orthopedic surgent
 A skillful and enough experience in artificial joint instrument
 Agile and able to change behavior across range of situations, strong change
management capabilities
 Proactive & positive & innovative mind
 Good inter-personal relationship
 Fluent English communication (Writing & Oral) ability
