Job brief

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to support the Nao Medical tech
platform. As  Senior Product Manager you’ll be responsible for working collaboratively with
other product
managers and our design team defining feature requirements which you will deliver to our
engineering
team to create consumer-facing product enhancements. The successful candidate will be
someone that
is good at creating and maintaining processes and systems in order to ensure successful
product and
feature delivery.

Responsibilities

 Execute feature specification documents to deliver to design team

 Coordinate with design team to ensure features are designed to proper specifications
 Help the prioritization of feature development with other PMs and engineers delivering on
product’s feature priorities.
 Conduct sprint planning in the agile framework to keep track of engineering projects
 Conceptualize original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to
complex roadblocks
 Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows to communicate interaction
and
design ideas
 Present and defend features and key deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
 Propose and agree on a concrete roadmap with key stakeholders across the company
 Establish and promote agile guidelines, best practices and standards
 This is a full-time position with the expectation that you will work at least 40 hours per
week
Requirements

 5-10 years of experience as a Product Manager

 Solid experience utilizing Agile methodologies to manage engineering projects
 Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows
 Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills
 Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical individuals
 Experience using Webflow to standup a website from concept to execution
 Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
 Up-to-date with the latest engineering trends, techniques and technologies
