 Agile Coaching: Serve as a coach and advisor, helping teams and individuals to adopt Agile practices effectively. Provide guidance on Agile
ceremonies, artefacts and tools, enabling teams to deliver high-quality products and services.
 Performance Measurement and Reporting: Establish metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the progress and impact of
Agile transformation efforts. Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and communicate progress to stakeholders and sen ior
management.
 Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within Agile teams and the wider organization.
Facilitate retrospectives and other feedback mechanisms to gather insights and implement changes that enhance Agile practices and
