Usage:
1. Actions that are done every day.
2. Facts
usually, every, always, never, regularly.

Present Continuous Tense


1. Actions that are happening at the time of
speaking.
2. Actions happening these days.
Rule:
Subject+ is/am/are+v1+ing (V4)+ROS
Ex: She is learning new dance form.
He is not studying.
The girl is sleeping in her bed.
These days, right now,

I studied grammar.
I am studying grammar. (Present Continuous)
I study grammar. (Simple Present)
I eat breakfast in the morning.
I’m eating breakfast
I wrote a letter. She wrote
I write a letter. She writes a letter
I’m writing a letter. She is writing a letter.

Present Perfect Tense


1. Action that began in past but finished in the
present moment.
2. For experiences and achievements.
Rule: Subject+ has/have+ V3+ ROS
I have just completed my HW.
Today my mom has baked a cake.
I have never climbed a mountain.
I have never lied.
I have won this match.
This team has won a trophy.
